Matters Not Reasonably ' Anticipated by the Chair No discussion . , Next Meetings : February 1, 2, 8 and 10, 2021 Executive Session : To consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the Public •body. Lombardi spoke with Town . Counsel regarding the solicitation for appraisal , and the solicitation was Mr . This was considered a high cost by Town Counsel and the Town Administrator . The highest and best use portion of the estimate, for items 14 would cost $ 10, 000 . Part two of the estimate was priced at $ 10, 000 to $ 20, 000 . The title report for both parcels was received . Town Counsel will meet with the Board at the next Executive Session meeting to review . Mr . Lombardi has not ' heard from Ocean Edge if they have interest in the properties . They have submitted an application to the ZBA for a use variance for their Nickerson House project . Chatham Bars Inn . had contacted Mr . Lombardi regarding their Farm location and broadly inquired about the Sea Camps property, whose owner does not appear to have interest in the property . A follow up email from Mr . Thulander at Chatham Bars Inn asked about zoning considerations on the properties . Mr. Lombardi will have Ryan Bennett, Town Planner, follow up on that email . Selectperson Chatelain had communication via email from the Lower Cape YMCA, who was having a committee meeting and looking for an update from the Town . This will be followed up on at a later date . Selectperson deRuyter noted that Mr . Thulander from CBI had previously worked for Ocean Edge and updated the Board that the family' s deposits have been returned . The communication was from a Cape Cod Sea Camps email, unsigned and the check was from a Cape Cod Sea Camps account with a non - descript signature . Thea next steps will be to hire an appraiser and to have a report on the title report , The conversation on updating the residents will be had at the next meeting with Town Counsel .
