ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
22-10 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, PERTAINING TO FINES FOR
DELINQUENT PARKING CITATIONS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 22-10 of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Sec. 22-10. Parking when delinquent harking citations or fines are unpaid.
It is unlawful to hark a vehicle on a city street, lot,or municipal harking
garage when payment vffor"delinquent parking citations or fines tree is owed to the
municipal court, City officers and employees authorized to enfilrce parking
ordinances are empowered to use a"wheel immobilizer"or tow such vehicle until
all delinquent payments are paid in VIII to the Illntllclpal Court. III addition to any
other fine or cost, a tell dollar ((10.00) Charge shall he paid by file vehicle
owner for removal or-wheel immobilizer,•

Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
