AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401 , (STREETS AND HIGHWAYS), SCHEDULE (S), (LOADING ZONES),
SUBPARAGRAPH (B), (PASSENGER AND SPECIAL LOADING ZONE), OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY THE ADDITION OF A PORTION OF EAST HIGH
STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, (Streets and Highways), Schedule S, (Loading Zones),
Subparagraph (b), (Passenger and Special Loading Zone), of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the addition of a portion of East High Street, to
read as follows:
East High Street:on the south side thereof from a point 15 feet east of the east curb of Chestnut
Street for a distance of 40 feet. The loading zone shall be in effect between the hours of 7:30
a.m.and 11:00 a.m. every day except Sunday,with a 15 minute parking limit.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
