The current plan calls lbr live duplex-style buildings, as we arc building throughout the rest ol'Seetion 6. l lowcvcr, the steep topography ol'thiti lot would prohibitively increase our construction costs, so we searched Ibr a n alternative concept. Our proposal would reduce the density of this lot from 10 attached units to 8 detached units. The detached homes would be constructed in the same fashion, using the same materials as our existing villas. They will be st'ucturcd Icgully in the sums way (i.e. lbe ® simple title to a parcel measuring I foot around the perimeter of each unit), and owners would be subject to the same restrictions, as well as enjoy the same amenities, including lawn Maintenance and snow removal. This concept has been widely accepted in larger metro areas as an alternative to attached hollsilig, and will undoubtedly become more common in our area in the near lirture. I have also attached a proposed replal rellecting the maximum sire, of'cach unit to be built, and copies ofcorrespondence with (lie neighboring l lomcowncrs' Association evidencing their concurrence with our proposal. Please let me know if there is anything else, I can do to proceed fiavorably with Ibis request. This is an exciting new concept Im Jellcrson City, and one in which several potential homeowners have already expressed a strong interest. 'Thanks (car )'out' consideration.
