AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE REVISED PUD PLAN FOR LOTS UU & VV OF SOUTHGATE
SUBDIVISION, SECTION SIX.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING CODE
RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described property is subject to the Revised Planned Unit
Development Plan described in Section 2: Lots UU &VV of Southgate Subdivision, Section
Six, containing 2.44 acres.
SECTION 2. The following described Planned Unit Development Plan is hereby
approved:
A. Land Use. The use of the land referenced in Section 1 above shall be used for
the construction of two family residential or duplex dwelling with approximate
building footprings, location and site improvements as shown in the Amended
Final PUD Site Plan prepared by Central Missouri Professional Services, Job
No. 80-155, dated September 16, 2002. One such building shall be permitted
for each lot.
B. Public Areas, Dedication of Land. No dedication of land to the public is part of
this PUD Plan.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Revised PUD Plan for Lots UU & VV, Southgate Subdivision, Section Six
The City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, will hold a public hearing on
Monday, November 4, 2002 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the John G. Christy
Municipal Building, 320 East McCarty Street, . to consider an Revised Planned Unit
Development Plan for Lots UU &VV of Southgate Subdivision, Section Six, such real estate
being located at the end of Bertha Drive, off of Duane Swift Parkway.
The following described Revised Planned Unit Development Plan is under
consideration:
Section 1, Property Description, Lots UU and VV of Southgate Subdivision,
Section Six.
Containing 2.44 acres.
Section 2. Land Use. The use of the land referenced in Section 1 above shall be
used for the construction of two-family residential or duplex dwellings
with approximate building footprint, location and site improvements as
shown in the Amended final PUD Site Plan prepared by Central
Missouri Professional Services, Job No. 80-155. One two-family
dwelling building shall be constructed upon each lot.
Section 3. Common Areas, Public Dedications of Land. No common areas or
dedication of land to the public is part of this PUD Plan.
Interested parties may view the Revised PUD Plan during regular office hours in the
Department of Community Development Planning Division, Room 100, John G. Christy
Municipal Building, 320 East McCarty, Jefferson City, Missouri.
