Workshop: Historic Fraser 2. Regular Meeting: Roll Call 3. Approval of Agenda: Trustee Sumrall moved, and Trustee Waldow seconded the motion to approve the Agenda. Motion carried: 6-0. 4. Consent Agenda: a) Minutes —January 9, 2013 Trustee Cwiklin moved, and Trustee Waldow seconded the motion to approve the consent agenda. Motion carried: 6-0. 5. Open Forum: 6. Updates: 7. Executive Session: For a conference with Town Attorney for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions under C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(b)and for the purpose of determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, developing strategy for negotiations, and/or instructing negotiators, under C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(e) line sharing agreements with Winter Park Ranch Water and Sanitation and to include TM Durbin and TA McGowan. Trustee Cwiklin moved, and Trustee Naill seconded the motion to approve Resolution 2013-01-01 |n Support of Historic Fraser oe amended. Motion carried: 6-0 b) Fire Hazard and Junk Violation Enforcement Request Trustee Sumnna|| nacuoed himself from participation onthe Board onthis item. He moved 0z the audience. The Town Board discussed the matter and took noaction. C) Ordinance 403 Regarding Marijuana Possession and Paraphernalia per Amendment 64 Chief Trainor outlined the need to adjust our code tomeet the Colorado Constitution Amendment 84. The Ordinance will ba brought back [othe February m meeting for adoption.
