A UUNTILBECAUSE A FULL PERMIT REVIEW HAS NOT YETA FULL REVIEW AND PERMIT APPROVAL HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
This permit is issued to install footings and foundation only. It is permission to excavate, form, pour and todamp-proof/waterproof. It is not permission to commence framing other than to brace foundation walls.Footing forms are to be inspected prior to pouring, unless otherwise permitted, and the foundation is to be
inspected after damp-proofing or waterproofing, PRIOR TO BACKFILL. All tie holes must be sealed per code.Footing forms with re-bar must have a Wiring Inspection for grounding prior to footing form inspection.
A copy of this permit is to be returned to the Brewster Building Department along with one (1) copyof the Certified Plot or Site Plan showing the actual location of the foundation, with dimensions to thefront, side and rear lot lines. The plan must bear the original stamp of the registered professional.
