AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401 , (STREETS AND HIGHWAYS), SCHEDULE (B), (LEFT TURNS PROHIBITED:
RIGHT TURNS PROHIBITED), OF THE CODE OF THE CI'T'Y OF JEFFERSON, BY THE
ADDITION OF PORTIONS OF COMMERCIAL AVENUE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, (Streets and Highways), Schedule B, (Left Turns
Prohibited: Right Turns Prohibited), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
amended by the addition of new subparagraphs pertaining to portions of Commercial
Avenue as follows:
SCHEDULE- 13, 1-1:1-'I"TURNS PROHIBITED. RIGHT TURNS PROHIBITED
(a) Pursuant to Section 19-I06. left turns are prohibited at all times at the following locations:
(d) Commercial Avenue onto Madison going cast.
(b) Pursuant In Section N-106.right turns are prohibited at all times at the Ibllowing locations:
(2) Cont tile relul Avenue onto INladison going west.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
