AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE 2002-2003
BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI BY APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL
FUNDS WITHIN THE TRANSIT FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the Transit Fund,
Revenue, (Federal Grants Acct. No. 6300-0000-0335-0010)the amount of$69,086; and(Transfer
from Capital Improvement Sales Tax D Acct. 6300-0000-0800-3502) the amount of $17,271, as
indicated on Exhibit A attached hererto.
SSection 2. There Is hereby supplementally appropriated within the Transit Fund,
Expenditure, (Purchase of Vehicles Acct. No. 6300-6300-7000-0010) the amount of $86,357, as
indicated on Exhibit A attached hererto.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
