AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING,
AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY REZONING 0.23 ACRES LOCATED AT 1000 ST MARY'S BOULEVARD,
LOCATED ON LOT 13 OF DULLES ADDITION SUBDIVISION FROM RA-2 HIGH DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO C-1 NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING CODE
RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . The following described real estate is rezoned from RA-2 High Density
Residential District to C-1 Neighborhood Commercial District:
Lot 13 of Dulles Addition Subdivision, part of the Northeast Quarter, Section 12,
Township 44 North Range 12 West.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.

The City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, will hold a public hearing on
Tuesday, January 21 , 2003 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the John G. Christy
Municipal Building, 320 East McCarty Street,to consider Rezoning from RA-2 High Density
Residential District to C-1 Neighborhood Commercial District, the following described
property:
Lot 13 of Dulles Addition subdivision, part of the Northeast Quarter, Section
12, Township 44 North Range 12 West, addressed as 1000 St. Mary's
Boulevard; containing 0.23 acres.
