AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS FOR
WATERFRONT NORTHERN AND SOUTHERN WALKWAYS PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is interested in soliciting bid proposals for the
Waterfront Northern and Southern Walkways Project; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the. Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to
prepare bid specifications and contract documents and to advertise
-for receipt of bids based upon the same for the Waterfront
Northern and Southern Walkways Project.
2. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's
Purchasing Department, the Borough Director of Engineering and
Najarian Associates.
Adopted this 23` day of July, 2020
and certified as 'a true copy of the
original on July 24, 2020.
