Call to Order:
Danny Hill called the meeting to order.
Roll Call:
Roll was taken. All members were present.
Minutes for Ethics Commission meeting on July 27, 2015
Frances Kaye Strickland made a motion to approve the minutes. Seconded by Dennis Alexander. Minutes were approved unanimously.

Call for Motion to go into Executive Session to Discuss the Matter at Hand
Michael Pappas made a motion to adjourn to executive session. Ben Goggins seconded the motion. Motion was passed unanimously to go into executive session.
Close Executive Session and Reconvene Meeting
Danny stated that supplemental letters had been received by the respondents and after further discussion the Ethic Commission will proceed with a public hearing on Monday, August 17th,
3:30 pm at the Public Safety Building.

Michael Pappas made a motion to adjourn. Seconded by Frances Kay Strickland. Vote was unanimous to adjourn.
