Members Present: Dennis Alexander, Kathryn Garlington, Ben Goggins, Danny Hill, Kathy Jackson, and Michael Pappas
Members Absent: Frances Kay Strickland
Ex-Officos Present:
Invited Guests: Jeff Arnold, Attorney representing the Ethics Commission
Call to Order:
Danny Hill called the meeting to order.
Roll Call:
Roll was taken. All members were present except Frances Kaye Strickland. Mr. Jeff Arnold, attorney representing the Ethics Commission, was present.
Call for Motion to go into Executive Session for Discussion with Attorney
Dennis Alexander made a motion to adjourn to executive session. Michael Pappas seconded the motion. Motion was passed by the members present to go into executive session.
Close Executive Session and Reconvene Public Meeting
Dennis Alexander made a motion to return to the public meeting. Michael Pappas seconded the motion. Motion was passed by the members present to return to the public meeting.
Chairperson Danny Hill stated that an amicable solution had been reached.
Michael Pappas moved to accept the memorandum of concern and caution for Janet Leviner. Ben Goggins seconded the motion. Motion was passed by the members present to accept the memorandum.
Mr. Arnold read the memorandum aloud to the public. The memorandum was signed by the members of the Ethics Commission and by Jan Leviner. (see attached memorandum)
Ben Goggins moved to accept the memorandum of admonishment for Wanda Doyle. Katherine Garlington seconded the motion. Motion was passed by the members present to accept the memorandum.
Mr. Arnold read the memorandum aloud to the public. The memorandum was signed by the Ethics Commission and by Wanda Doyle. (see attached memorandum)
The complainants will be sent a letter with closure on this issue and copies of these memorandums. This meeting concludes Ethics Commission involvement.
The signed resolutions will be sent to the Mayor and Council.

Michael Pappas moved to adjourn. Ben Goggins seconded the motion. Motion was passed by the members present to adjourn.
