AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
°F MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AGREEMENTS FOR ACQUISITION OF
r RIGHTS-OF-WAY FROM ADJOINING PROPERTY OWNERS FOR THE DIX-

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS: �r
k:3 Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute

agreements for acquisition of right-of-way from adjoining property y owners for the Dix- ' Y .

Section 2. The agreement with Jefferson Bank shall be substantially the same
in form and content as that agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 3. The agreement with Exchange Bank as Trustee shall be substantially
