Commission and its agents to enter upon the referenced property for the purpose of
gathering information regarding the application filed with the Commission pursuant to
the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Ch 131, s. 40) and/or the Brewster Wetlands
Protection Bylaw (Chapter 172).
Additionally, if an Order of Conditions is issued for the project, I (we) grant permission
for Commission members and the Commission's agents to enter the above referenced
property for the purpose of inspecting for compliance with the Order of Conditions.
This site access authorization is valid until a Certificate of Compliance is issued by the
Conservation Commission.

I am writing to provide additional information for the ground level deck proposed to be installed at the rear of 72
Allerton Lane. Below is a summary of the work to take place. Should you have any questions, I have provided all
of my contact info at the bottom of this letter.
The existing concrete patio in front of the patio door will remain in place. We will be clearing the top 1-2" of
crushed stone to +/- 3 ft left and right of the patio in order to put down landscape fabric and then all crushed
stone removed, will be placed back on the landscape fabric.
There will be a total of four (4) 10" diameter footings dug to +/- 4' depth to support the four corners of the new
deck. These footings will all be hand dug. All concrete will be hand mixed in a wheelbarrow.
The new deck frame to be constructed of 2x6 pressure treated framing members and new Azek composite
decking installed. The deck frame to be +/- 16' wide x +/- 8' deep. The new frame will extend over the left and
right side of the concrete pad by +/- 3 ft. There will be no railings, stairs or other protrusions from the deck itself.
