AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, APPROVING A
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH L
L, LEWIS LLC
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute a development agreement with L.L. Lewis LLC for the area known as The Cedars.
Section 2. This Agreement shall be substantially the same in form and contented
as the agreement attached hereto as Exhibit 1.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
