RESOLUTION NO. 78 2
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE MIDPENINSULA
REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT
APPOINTING PEACE OFFICER
The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional
Open Space District does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The following person is hereby designated
as a peace officer of the Midpeninsula Region-
al Open Space District pursuant to Section
830.3(m) of the Penal Code of the State of
California and under Sections 5558 and 5561.
of the Public Resources Code of the State
of California, to enforce the Regulatory
Ordinance for Use of Midpeninsula Regional
Open Space District lands and any applica-
ble federal, State and local laws:
