AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SAID PROPERTY BY SALE TO THE STATE OF MISSOURI. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, finds that certain equipment is surplus property of the City, and as such represent a burdensome cost, that the property has been replaced, and is no longer needed by the City. The property is described as follows: Seventy (70) Model S style (POM) meter housings Section 2. The Finance Department is hereby authorized to dispose of the property by selling to the State of Missouri. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
