RESOLUTION NO. 2013-04-03
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURES FOR THE 2013 SEWER SYSTEM ANNUAL
INSPECTION AND CLEANING CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR THE WORK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER,
COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town Board of Fraser, Colorado hereby authorizes expenditures not to exceed
$25,000 for sewer collection line inspections; cleaning and video documentation as
outlined by the Public Works Director's supplemental briefing and authorizing the Town
Manager to enter into a contract for the work.
2. All documents must be executed and work completed within fiscal year 2013 or this
approval shall no longer be effective.
READ, PASSED ON ROLL CALL VOTE, AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
