AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE 2001-
2002 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY APPROPRIATING
ADDITIONAL FUNDS WITHIN WASTEWATER FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the Wastewater
Fund Balance Account, Walnut Pump Station Account No. 6400-9800-7310-0012, the net
amount of $2,154,000; and the Waste Water Reclamation Plan 2001 Account No. 6400-
9800-7310-0013, the net amount of $1 ,500,000.
Section 2. There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the Wastewater
Fund (Account No. 6400-0000-0995-0000), Transfer from Surplus, the net amount of
$3,654,000 as indicated on Exhibit A, attached hereto:
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
