AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING, AMENDING,
AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY REZONING PROPERTY IN FAIRVIEW ADDITION, LOCATED AT 614
CLARK AVENUE, FROM RD TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO C-1
NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING CODE
RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from RD Two-Family
Residential District to C-1 Neighborhood Commercial District:
The south 13.31 feet of Lot 98; all of Lot 99; and the north 11.38 feet of Lot 100 of
Fairview Addition, in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, consisting of approximately 0.25
acre,
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
