ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE 2001-2002
BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL
FUNDS WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby supplementally appropriated within the General Fund
<$344,833> ($28,717 from Surplus Account 1000-0000-0995-0000; <$375,000>from Federal
Grant-Fire Account; and $1,450 from 1000-3100-0335-0040, Police Local Contributions
Account) and <$344,833> ($66,217 from 1000-1800-7000-0030, Building Improvements;
<$412,500> 1000-3200-7000-0020, Fire Grant Equipment; and $1,450 from 1000-3100-7000-
0020, Police Equipment) as indicated on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
