A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURES FOR THE PURCHASE OF A NEW
COMPACT EXCAVATOR AND ATTACHMENTS AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER,
COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town Board of Fraser, Colorado hereby authorizes expenditures not to exceed
$37,500 for a 2013 Bobcat Compact Excavator and attachments as outlined by the
Public Works Director's supplemental briefing and authorizes the Town Manager to enter
into a contract for this purchase.
2. This purchase must be executed within fiscal year 2013 or this approval shall no longer
be effective.
