AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING EXHIBIT 35-28
OF THE COMPREHENSIVE UPDATE OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE, ADOPTED AS
ORDINANCE 13361
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Exhibit 35-28, Use Category 4. A. Industrial Service, Manufacturing and
Production, Assembly, Distribution, Manufacturing, Processing, Production, Wholesale Sales is
hereby amended as follows:
Add Use Category No. 6. Distribution Facilities and Wholesale Sales to be a conditional
use in the C-2 district and permitted in M-1 and M-2 districts to be depicted in Exhibit 35-28,
Land Use Matrix, as shown below:
