AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,AMENDING SECTION 19-401,
(STREETS AND HIGHWAYS), SCHEDULE T, (TAXICAB STANDS AND TAXICAB LOADING
ZONES), SUBPARAGRAPH (B) (TAXICAB LOADING ZONES); AND SCHEDULE V,
(DISABLED PARKING SPACES), (PARKING PROHIBITED), SUBPARAGRAPH (A), OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, PERTAINING TO PORTIONS OF JEFFERSON
STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF 'rHE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, (Streets and Highways), Schedule T, (Taxicab Stands and
Taxicab Loadin Zones), Subparagraph (b) (Taxicab Loading Zones) of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the deletion of a portion of Jefferson Street, and the
addition of new language in lieu thereof, to read as follows:

Jefferson Street:on the east side,beginnfng:uI a point thirty-five feet south ol'the south ell rh of Willer
Street extending it distance of ten feet (one space).
Section 2. Section 19-401, (Streets and Highways), Schedule V, (Disabled Parking
Spaces), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the addition of
a portion of Jefferson Street, to read as follows:
Jefferson Street: 100 block on the east side,Iirst sluice soutIto f the south curb of Wit ter Street.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
