AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, RELINQUIS HING A
CERTAIN EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES ACROSS APART OF LOT
TWO OF TANNER BRIDGE ESTATES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS '���,F� `T:; x;:l

FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, by an easement recorded in Book11 Page 269 of the Records of the Cole
County, Missouri, a sanitary sewer easement was granted to the City of ;r; yY;f;;:.
Jefferson, a Municipal Corporation, to excavate within, install, construct, '

maintain and repair structures for the routing and conveyance of sewer in, ��}�,,v,�,��G,.,�;;��

Section 1. The Council finds that the following described easement is surplus
property of the City and is no longer needed for any public purpose:
Part of a ten (10) foot wide sanitary sewer easement across Lot Two of
"y "Tanner Bridge Estates",a subdivision of part of the Northeast Quarter of the }'
r Northeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 44 North Range 12 West in the
City of Jefferson, County of Cale, Missouri, as per plat of record in Plat Book V—
11, Page 269,of the Cole County Recorder's Office; said part of said ten(10) f, ='ti'f
foot wide easement being more particularly described as follows:
From the southwest corner of said Lot Two of Tanner Bridge Estates";
thence N87 007'16"E along the south line of said Lot Two, 331.55 feet; `
-. thence leaving said south line on a bearing of NO2 052'44"W, 10.00 feet to a
point on the northerly line of said ten (10) foot wide easement, the POINT " j
OF BEGINNING for this description; thence S87007'1 6"W on a line ten feet
north of and parallel to the said south line of Lot Two, 28.97 feet to the

along the said southerly line, 234.74 feet to the intersection of the said N
