PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SAID PROPERTY.
4� BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1.The Council of the City of Jefferson,Missouri,finds that certain equipment
is surplus property of the City, and as such represent a burdensome cost, th at the property
