RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE
DISTRICT ESTABLISHING FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT
SIGNATORIES OF THE DISTRICT FOR SANTA
CLARA COUNTY ACCOUNTS
WHEREAS, the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District
has previously furnished the Director of Finance of Santa
Clara County with copies of its Ordinance No. 74-1 adopted
August 14, 1974, and of its Resolution No. 76-3 adopted
January 22, 1975, providing authorization for signatories
authorized to make disbursements on behalf of the District,
and
WHEREAS, the persons holding said offices have
changed, and the District wishes to provide current infor-
mation with respect thereto,.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Mid -
peninsula Regional Open Space District does resolves as
follows:
Section 1. The signatures of the present holders
of said offices are as follows, and the Director of Finance
of Santa Clara County is authorized to make disbursements in
an amount less than $50,000.00 on behalf of the District
based thereon:.

Section 2. The signatures of the present holders of
said offices are as follows, and the Director of Finance of
