AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, RELINQUISHING STREET ;csss
RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND CERTAIN EASEMENTS FOR SANITARY SEWER, GENERAL
:.' UTILITY, AND DRAINAGE PURPOSES IN A PORTION OF SOMERSET MEADOW

FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, by an easement recorded in Book 11, Page 1000, of the Records of the Coler'} �1'47b.
County, Missouri, a sewer easement was granted to the City of Jefferson, a Municipal 1;}• 1 ;;',,'4 ,,':"{
Corporation, to excavate within, install, construct, maintain and repair structures for the
routing and conveyance of sewer in, under and through the lots, tracts or parcels of land =r',,::,,•4 `:z
described in Section 1
Section 1. The Council finds that the following described easements are surplus
property of the City and is no longer needed for any public purpose:
All street rights-of-way and all easements, including sanitary sewer, general utility,
storm drainage, and combinations thereof, as dedicated by the Owner's Certificate
on the plat of "Somerset Meadow" as per Plat Book 11, Page 1000, as filed on ��+•,'�•�}��::`''
`I December 19, 1997 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Cole County, Missouri.
The said Somerset Meadow is a subdivision of part of the Southwest Quarter of
