THIS PARKING LEASE,made and entered into by and between the City of Jefferson, Missouri
f ("Lessor"), and the State of Missouri Office of Administration ("Lessee"), for the purpose ofnr!r��t `::
renting parking spaces situated in Jefferson City, Missouri ("Leased Property"), more
particularly described as follows:

Premises.
The Lessor hereby leases unto the Lessee the property identified in Exhibit A.
2. 'Perm.
`I he term of this Parking Lot Lease is for the period beginningseptember• 1,2001,and continuing
on it month-to-month basis until such time as notice is given as defined in paragraph 7 below.
3. Rental.
All rental payments will be made on a monthly basis,payable in arrears upon invoices submitted
by Lessor. The price per space shall be as shown on the attached Exhibit A. The monthl y total ,,,., xr,.•
