AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THEA'
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A MASTER PARKING LEASE AGREEMENT
WITH SPRINT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute
a Master Parking Lease Agreement with Sprint. rr. :
Section 2. The agreement shall be substantially the same in form and content as
that agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A. �p��

PARKING LEASE.

WHEREAS,the City of Jefferson, ,
Parking Lease with Sprint Missouri, Inc,, formerly known as United Telephone:Company of Missouri, a Missouri
corporation,hereinafter referred to as"Licensee,"on September 1,2001; and
Vy i REAS,the Parking Lease was for spaces on various City Parking Lots throughout the City; and
WHEREAS,the patties wish to continue the Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE,be it agreed as follows:

Section 3 of the Parking Lease is amended to read as follows: t
3.Rental. All rental payments will be made on a monthly basis, payable in advance upon invoices

The price per space shall be as shown on the attached Exhibit A. The monthly total rental

and costs arising on account of or by reason of injuries,liabilities,claims,suits or losses

That any notice provided for herein may be given to the parties by personal
