ARTICLE II
INGRESS AND EGRESS
Upon paying the rental hereunder and performing the covenants of this Agrecment,Lessee shall have the right of ingress to
and egress from said demised premises for the Lessee,its officers,employees,agents,servants,cusionters,vendors,suppliers,
patrons,and invitees over the roadway provided by Lessor serving said premises.Said Lessor's roadway shall be used jointly

The standards of tip-keep and maintenance required of Lessee under this Lease shall be not less,than the standards
followed by Lessor for similar buildings and premises under Lessor's control. Any deviation from said minimum

GENERAL PROVISIONS
