AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, VACATING A THIRTY FOOT
WIDE UNNAMED RIGHT-OF-WAY ADJOINING THE EAST LINE OF MONTANA STREET AND
3 RELINQUISHING THE EASEMENT RIGHTS THEREIN AND IN A THIRTY FOOT WIDE RIGHT-OF-
WAY PREVIOUSLY VACATED BY ORDINANCE NO. 9662.
Y1 WHEREAS, it has been shown to the Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, that
the owners of land adjacent to and abutting upon a thirty foot wide unnamed right-of-way
adjoining the east line of Montana Street, and the easement rights therein and in a thin footwide " ' ,G*�•.'.jr:
right-of-way previously vacated by ordinance no.9662 in the City, have petitioned the City Council
to vacate a right-of-way; and �; f r.;•:
WHEREAS, it has further- been shown that it would not inconvenience the public or
{ ' the citizens of the City to discontinue a thirty foot wide unnamed right-of-way adjoining the
e} east line of Montana Street, and the easement rights therein and in a Thirty foot wide right-of-way

hereby confirmed, as is provided by the laws of the State of Missouri, and the Mayor and
the Clerk of the City are hereby authorized to execute all necessary instruments required
to confirm the reversions rights of the owners of property abutting on the area vacated,

property of the City and is no longer needed for any public purpose: f`
