AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,AMENDING SECTION 22-
101 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, f MISSOURI PERTAINING TO FINES
IN RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING ZONES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON MISSOURI AS
FOLLOWS: ,
Section 1. Section 22-161 of the Code of the City of Jefferson Missouri is hereby
amended b increasing fines within residential permit parking zones, which shall read as

M. Violation.ation. Any potion who fails to obtain a permit shall be deemed guilty '
