? FLEXIBLE BENEFIT PLAN FOR CITY EMPLOYEES AS APPROVED BY ORDINANCE 12181. r
4 BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
,i Section 1. Section 3.5 of the City's Flexible Benefit Plan, as enacted by Ordinance 13109 on
September 18, 2000, is hereby amended as follows:
_! 3.5 Employer Contribution. The Employer shall make available to
each Participant an Employer Contribution equal to $2W $277 per
month, funded at $+30 $138.50 per pay period for each of the first two

regular pay periods of each month during the Plan Year. This 0$277
is available only if the employee either elects coverage under one of the
"t Employer sponsored health plans or provides evidence of health care
coverage from another source. An remaining funds in excess of the ,1. ?r

insurance cost, up to$260$277 may be used to purchase other benefits A
' available pursuant to Section 4.1. The Employer contribution is not
considered as part of the employees full compensation and is not

Section 2_ Section 3 of Ordinance No. 12181, enacted by Council on November 15, 1994, and
