AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, TERMINATING
ECONOMIC ASSISTANCE LOAN PROGRAMS AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. � >

WHEREAS, in 1993 and 1998 the Council authorized loan program utilizing MoDAG funds f
for certain purposes; and
WHEREAS, no applicants have availed themselves of these program for the last several .,
years; and

WHEREAS, the Council has determined to expend the remaining MoDAG funds directly
through the appropriation process` > `

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: � ji2=`
Section 1. The programs and process for issuance of economic assistance loan
as established by Ordinance No. 11884 and 12884 are hereby terminated and Ordinances
11884 and 12884 are hereby repealed in there entireties.

Section 2. Any and all funds outstanding in any third party's hands which are due
and payable to the City shall be collected and deposited to the credit of the MoDAG fund. yt',
Section 3. Any and all funds remaining within the MoDAG account shall be
expended by appropriation as determined by the Council. '

Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date ;' ,i, ;yi
of its passage and approval.
