AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO ENTER INTO A GRANT AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION WITH THE MISSOURI HIGHWAY AND
TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION FOR PEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE FACILITIES AS A PART OF {='°
THE JEFFERSON CITY GREENWAY SYSTEM.
WHEREAS The Missouri Highway approved Proj ect and Transportation Commission has a No.
t{ STP-3111(507) under the STP -Transportation Enhancements Program;; and
WHEREAS, This project is located within the municipal limits of the City of Jefferson.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into a grant agreement on rf +
