MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH CAPITAL CITY ,$
INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION FOR THE ACQUISITION OF REAL ESTATE. F
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS �' 1
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
rr execute an agreement with Capital City Industrial Corporation for the acquisition of real
estate for street right of way, stormwater easements and other purposes. .,'

j; Section 2. The amendment shall be substantially the same in form and content `
as that agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A. '
