BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Section 3.5 of the City's Flexible Benefit Plan, as enacted by Ordinance 12181
on November 15 1994 is hereby amended as follows: ' ?'

3.5 Employer Contribution. The Employer shall make available
to each Participant an Employer Contribution equal to $259-$260 per
month, funded at $412'$130 per a
p pay period for each of the first two ,K;. 4,

regular pay periods of each month during the Plan Year. This $259-
- $260 is available only if the employee either elects coverage under
one of the Employer sponsored health plans or provides evidence of ¢ ` �
health care coverage from another source. Any remaining funds in
excess of the insurance cost, up to $26G $260 may be used to
purchase other benefits available pursuant to Section 4.1. The
Employer contribution is not considered as part of the employee's full
` compensation and is not available to the employee as cash.
