..: Section 1.Section 34-28 of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby A,
amended to read as follows:

:t Sec. 34-28. Charter service fares and procedures.
± E. The charge for charter service will be forty fifty-three dollars($40:90$53.00)per hour for
4'n service time per bus per day withfvrtq fifty-three dollars($40:09$53.00)minimum charge
per bus per day. Service time will be the time between the scheduled pick up time and t{ ;ta%�'•
arrival at scheduled destination,excluding any breakdown time. If more than one trip can

be scheduled during a day,then the service time will be the accumulation of each individual
trip service time.
N."'t. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
