AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
ar. MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AIRPORT OPERATING ASSISTANCE
' GRANT (AIR-016-406 AGREEMENT WITH THE MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION. �G��; ,
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute
t an Airport Operating Assistance Grant (Air-016-40b) Agreement with the Missouri
Department of Transportation.
e ' Section 2. The agreement shall be substantially the same in form and content as
.�,..j that agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date ;a
