FOUNDATION CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO FIRE STATION
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:

an agreement with Concrete Foundation Construction Co., Inc.for Kitchen Cabinets at Fire r <<,

1. Scope of Services. Contractor agrees to remove existing cabinets and counters and replace with

Jefferson City,Missouri. The configuration is to be similar to the existing layout and specifications.

6. Insurance.
Contractor shall procure and maintain at its own expense during the life of this contract:

7. Contractor's Resnonsibili for Subcontractors. It is further agreed that Contractor shall be as

this contract for every day Contractor fails or refuses to prosecute the work or any separable part
thereof, with such diligence as will insure the completion by the time above specified, or an
extension thereof,or fails to complete the work by such time,as long as the City does not terminate
