The City shall promptly file appropriate c documents with the Planning and Zoning ��"ra P g g Commission and the City Council to indicate staff recommendations for support of the development. ' C. The City agrees to contribute $105,000 towards the infrastructure involved in construction of the subdivision provided Developer is approved for MHDC financing for at least 50 units of elderly housing in the development. Such approval by MHDC must be received by the y+ Developer prior to May 1, 2001. The City's contribution for the infrastructure may be made in any manner that the City sees fit including cash,payment in kind,or participation in construction projects ;rr involving wastewater, stormwater, or street construction. e y., 4.
