WHEREAS, it has been shown to the Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, that
%j the owners of land adjacent to and abutting upon a part of Lot 108 of the Whitney Woods
Subdivision, Section Six, in the City, have petitioned the City Council to vacate a general ;t ' '
utility easement; and
t ' WHEREAS, it has further been shown that it would not inconvenience the public or
the citizens of the City to discontinue a general utility easement upon a portion of Lot 108 � iaat r k:

necessary, reasonable and proper to discontinue as a general utility easement a portion
of Lot 108 of the Whitney Woods Subdivision, 1 Section Six for and forever vacate the
following described general utility easement in said City:
The easement rights in a parcel, said parcel being part of a fifty (50) foot
wide General Utility Easement across part of Lot 108 of Whitney Woods
