AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A TAXICAB
OWNER'S LICENSE TO ADALBERTO VISCIGLIA
FOR THE 2020 -2021 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, an application has been filed and the proper fees paid for a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 2020 -2021 License Tenn by Adalberto Visciglia, for the
2020/2021 License Tenn. Trading as
EXPRESS TAXI, LLC.
WHEREAS, the qualifications of the applicants have been investigated by the Carteret
Police Department and said department recommends that a Taxicab Owner's License for
the 2020 -2021 License Term be granted to the applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby authorized
and directed to issue Adalberto Visciglia a Taxicab Owner's License for the 2020 -2021
License Term.
Adopted this 27" day of August, 2020 and
certified as a true copy of the original on
August 28, 2020.
