Ly=ji PA Asa Section 3. Termination, Severance Pay, Resignation and Disability Provisions, A. Employee may terminate this contract by providing thirty (30) days written notice to City. In the `tif event Employee voluntarily resigns his position with City before the Termination Date, Employee shall give City thirty (30) days notice in advance, unless the parties other-Arise agree. B. City reserves the right to terminate this Contract either for cause or for its convenience and without :. cause or default on the part of Employee, by providing thirt:,y (30) days written notice of such termination to W t1 Employee.
