� CERTAIN EASEMENT RIGHTS IN A PART OF WEST ELM STREET PREVIOUSLY
VACATED BY ORDINANCE NO. 13087 LOCATED EAST OF WASHINGTON STREET
AND WEST OF WEARS CREEK.
WHEREAS, easement rights were retained in that part of the vacated right-of-way
of
West Elm Street vacated by Ordinance No. 13087 of the City of Jefferson, gk> "4agf ;� tw ,
dated July 17, 2000, and recorded in Book 425, Page 852, of the Records

of the Cole County, Missouri, and;
WHEREAS, the City of Jefferson has received a request to relinquish those easement

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Council finds that the following described easement is surplus

All of the easement rights in that part of the vacated right-of-way of West Elm
Street, as vacated by Ordinance No. 13087 of the City of Jefferson, dated
July 17, 2000, and recorded in Book 425, Page 852, of the Cole Count
Recorder's Office; said vacated right-of-way lying east of the east line of

Washington Street, westerly of Wears Creek, and bounded northerly by Inlot
No. 700, and bounded southerly by Inlot Nos. 803 and 804, as situate in the
Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 44
North, Range 11 West, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cale, Missouri; ''
being more particularly described as follows: t�
BEGINNING at the intersection of the southerly line of West Elm Street with
the easterly line of Washington Street, said intersection also being the
