AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, VACATING AND
DISCONTINUING THE EDMONDS STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM MYRTLE AVENUE :..
TO MONTANA STREET. ""
WHEREAS, it has been shown to the Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, that
the owners of land adjacent to and abutting upon Edmonds Street from Myrtle Avenue to
Montana Street in the City, have petitioned the City Council to vacate a street right-of-way;
and

WHEREAS, it has further been shown that it would not inconvenience the public or
the citizens of the City to discontinue the street right-of-way of Edmonds Street from Myrtle
Avenue to Montana Street for public use as described in Section 1 of this Ordinance; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
a JEFFERSON, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, hereby declares ita` �;"
necessary, reasonable and proper to discontinue as a street right-of-way Edmonds Streetw
from Myrtle Avenue to Montana Street and forever vacate the following described right-of-
way in said Cit y'
Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 12,
Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole,
! Missouri; being more particularly described as follows: ,
From the northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast '
Quarter of said Section 12;thence S02°45'29"W,along the West Line of said
Quarter Quarter Section, 130.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING for this
