Section 1. The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, finds that certain real

Marcel 1 (Located north of Nob Hill, west of Fairway Drive, east of Lot 9 of Westminster
Estates, and south of South Country Club Drive)
Part of a tract of land as described in Book 426, Page 105, of the Cole County `Yq'.
Recorders Office,said tract being situate in the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
