AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, DECLARING CERTAIN
PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SAID PROPERTY. a
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
� , Section 1.The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,finds that certain equipment
is surplus property of the City, and as such represent a burdensome cost that the property
